Qualifications:
Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working in educational settings, particularly with K-12 students
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with their IEPs
Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff to support students' overall communication goals
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs
