REQUIREMENTS:

Have BPT, MPT, or DPT degree from an accredited physical therapy program

Be a Licensed Physical Therapist in PA

Have 2 years clinical experience as a Physical Therapist (preferred)

Have Current valid Driver's License

Have demonstrated good verbal and written communication and organizational skills
