Quick Facts:

• Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7am 4pm, Tuesday/Thursday 9am 6pm
• 12 patients per day one hour appointments
• Outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Physical therapists and PTAs on site
• EMR: Web PT
• Mentorship role overseeing PTA and new graduate PTs
• Caseload includes orthopedic and neurological patients
• At least 2 years experience required
