Quick Facts:

• Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7 am 4 pm, Tuesday/Thursday 9 am 6 pm
• 12 patients per day 1-hour appointments
• Outpatient clinic setting
• At least 2 years experience required
• EMR: Web PT
• Oversee PTA and mentor new graduate therapists
• Coverage needed for 6-month assignment
• 40 guaranteed hours maintaining 35 clients weekly
