This position focuses on delivering comprehensive speech and language services for the full school year, catering to the diverse needs of students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Location: New Richmond, WI Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents. Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic student support. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field. Valid Wisconsin teaching certification and SLP license. Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students. Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs.
