Position: Clinical Services Coordinator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Hourly Range: $18.00 - $20.00 / hr

Job Overview:
Pharmaron is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Services Coordinator to join our Baltimore clinical team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of clinical research studies, with a focus on subject logistics, scheduling, documentation, and catering coordination. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that each study runs smoothly from planning through execution and closure, helping to maintain the quality, compliance, and overall participant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact between Pharmaron and catering vendors: place orders, review menus for protocol compliance, and ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Support CRCs with daily tasks including room/bed assignments, supply oversight, and subject logistics.
- Prepare study materials for participants (e.g., visit calendars, activity timepoint sheets).
- Assist with subject scheduling and appointment creation in ClinSpark.
- Perform quality control (QC) of source documents and assist with data entry in paper and electronic systems.
- Update and QC screening logs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support CRCs in tracking documentation throughout the study lifecycle.
- Perform delegated clinical responsibilities in accordance with GCP, SOPs, and study protocols.
- Ensure good documentation practices and support study teams with audit readiness efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of clinical research experience OR
- Associate degree (or equivalent college coursework) with 2 years of clinical research experience.
- Familiarity with GCP and relevant FDA regulations.
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with ClinSpark or EDC systems is a plus.
