Physical Therapist Extended School Year (ESY) Program

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This opportunity involves working with students across various grade levels to support their physical development and functional independence.

Position Details:

• Location: Buffalo, NY

• Program Dates: July 7, 2025 August 15, 2025

• Schedule: Full-time

• Caseload: Students in grades K12

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' physical and motor development needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students, including therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and adaptive equipment recommendations.

• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development. Soliant Health

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
