Job Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing occupational therapy programs to help patients regain independence in their daily activities. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify patients' functional limitations and goals.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, strength, coordination, and mobility.
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and critical care practices.
Previous experience in clinic or hospital settings is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
