The School of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Science invites applications for two Program Coordinator II positions, whose primary responsibilities are to oversee daily operations and provide support to the Chair(s), faculty, staff, and students. These positions are responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for everyone, and will assist with such things as reviewing and organizing student applications, communicating with and advising current and potential students, and engaging in marketing and recruitment activities. The candidates will also work as liaisons between the School and other programs on campus to assist with such things as scheduling, registration, and the coordination of classes, and plays an essential function in planning and coordinating School events. Other responsibilities will include administrative tasks related to the clinical education program. These positions are integral to assist the Chair(s), faculty, staff, students, and other programs with fulfilling the missions and policies of the School and University while maintaining HIPAA and FERPA compliance and professional accreditation standards.
Minimum Qualifications- Associates Degree or two (2) years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of standard office practice and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work with diverse groups of people, create and maintain positive relationships with faculty, staff, students, and the general public.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as autonomously using critical thinking and good judgment, and multitask with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed and accurate reports and records.
- Proficient in the use of standard office equipment, office computers, and related software (e.g., Microsoft environment) and web editing platforms with the ability to learn new software programs as needed.
- Associates degree in a business-related field.
- Knowledge of health care education, including clinical experiences or field-related coursework.
- Front office management.
- Event planning.
- Program coordination.
- Undergraduate or graduate-level student advising.

Compensation Title: Program Coordinator II
Work Schedule: Full-time, 1.0 FTE (40 Hours a week), Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 12 months/year.
Probationary Period: Six (6) months minimum
