Pay Range $24.88-$32.34*

The main duty of a Physical Therapist Assistant is to provide physical therapy services under the direct supervision of a physical therapist.

A Physical Therapist Assistant must possess the following basic qualifications and skills:

• New York State license as a Physical Therapist Assistant

• Associates Degree from a college accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to learn and retain moderately technical procedures

• Good communication and organization skills

• Ability to work in a fast pace, team-based, multi-skilled work environment

• Enjoy working with the public
