Qualifications:
- Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Certification in Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) supervision experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators and other specialists to create an inclusive learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory requirements
