Remote Occupational Therapist Independent Contractor

Location: Remote (Must hold an active California OT license)

We are seeking a passionate and licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing remote team as an independent contractor (1099) . In this flexible, work-from-home role, you will provide virtual OT services to a diverse caseload via secure teletherapy platforms. You will manage your own schedule and enjoy the autonomy of independent practice, with the support of a collaborative and tech-savvy team.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based OT sessions via telehealth

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals

• Conduct virtual evaluations and re-assessments

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and program guidelines

• Communicate and collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, or interdisciplinary teams

• Participate in virtual meetings or trainings as needed

• Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in California

• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience (telehealth experience preferred but not required)

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

• Reliable internet connection and comfort with digital tools

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work as a 1099 contractor

• Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
