Qualifications:

• Active IL COTA License
• Experience in healthcare and/or school settings, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of IEPs and related documentation processes

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their individual treatment plans.
