Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
• Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices
• Previous work experience in Alaska preferred
• Active state and educational (Type C) SLP license

Location:

• Ketchikan, AK

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of 50-60 K-3 or K-6 students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement IEP goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
