Responsibilities

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and completion of fieldwork.
  • At least 3 months of experience in physical disabilities and a broad base of medical-surgical knowledge, including experience with neurological, orthopedic, and critical care patients.
  • Current Washington State OT License or Interim Permit.
  • Current BLS certification.
