Patient Care Coordinator

Adecco Medical & Science is hiring Associate Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) in San Antonio, TX.** Please read details below and apply with a current resume for consideration. **Type:** Three-Month Contract/Temp-to-Hire **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, standard business hours (some flexibility may be required) **Pay:** $17 to $19/hr **Location:** San Antonio, TX - Corporate Office (Not a clinic/front-desk role) **Responsibilities Include:** Outbound calls to schedule patients for annual wellness visits and screenings Verify patient demographic and insurance information Provide appointment reminders and reschedule as needed Document call outcomes in the internal system Follow a standardized call script for outreach Support assigned PSU provider with appointment scheduling Respond to patient messages and route appropriately within 48 hours **Requirements Include:** High school diploma or GED Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or call center setting (preferred) Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT codes, or EMR systems (preferred) **Why work for Adecco?** Excellent Weekly Pay 401(k) Plan Skills Training Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
