Master De-escalation: Keep your skills finely tuned in effective de-escalation techniques, employing Collaborative Problem Solving , therapeutic self, relationship-based care, and trauma-informed care to create a safe and supportive environment. Guided Growth: Work under the supervision of a skilled Occupational Therapist, gaining valuable insights and experience that will enhance your professional journey. Qualifications Education: Associate degree required, with certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Current and valid Minnesota state OTA license. Specific Skills: Ability to smoothly and rapidly shift between dissimilar tasks. Possess the skills necessary to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Compensation for this role ranges from $26.69-$34 per hour depending on education and experience. We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions.
