Hourly Rate: Competitive, Based on Experience and District Scale

Soliant is working with a district in San Diego that is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their educational team. This full-time, itinerant position serves students across 2 to 3 school sites within the district. The ideal candidate will support a K12 student population with a focus on those with moderate to severe disabilities .

• Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations in accordance with IEP timelines

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs

• Collaborate regularly with special education staff, teachers, paraprofessionals, and families

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide data-driven recommendations

• Travel between assigned school sites as required

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of CA

• NBCOT certification

• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with moderate/severe disability populations

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
