Location: Corvallis, OR (Covers Salem, McMinnville, and Corvallis)
Work Type: Full-Time
Location Type: Hybrid Field-Based in Patient Homes

We are currently seeking a qualified, compassionate, and motivated Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapy services in the Salem, McMinnville, and Corvallis regions. Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Compensation: Starts at $104,000 annually, negotiable; paid per visit

Key Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy services based on a written physicians plan of care.
Help patients relieve pain, restore function, and improve overall performance.
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer techniques, and prosthetic usage.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and in-service education programs.
Serve as a supportive, knowledgeable partner to patients on their journey to recovery.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon
Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy
Minimum of one (1) year of PT experience
Current CPR certification
Valid drivers license and access to an insured, reliable vehicle
