Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Professional Educators License (PEL) for Illinois schools through ISBE
- Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
Location:
- Naperville, IL
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for approximately 30 students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine students speech and language levels
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
