Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant- Providence Home Services Oregon
Schedule: Full Time/ Days
Covers North East Portland, Gresham and the surrounding area
Under the supervision of the occupational therapist, provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting in accordance with a physicians plan of treatment, taking into account individual patients special physical or age-related needs. Assesses needs and provides COTA plan for services and direct treatment. The COTA functions as a member of the inter-disciplinary team.

Required qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License
- 1 year of Clinical experience per the State of Oregon.
