Responsibilities for SLP:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide therapy services to clients with speech and language disorders
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcome
- Light Supervision of SLPa and student staff with state qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders
- Knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques for various communication disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
