Responsibilities
As an OT with Symbria, you won't just treat - you'll lead, inspire, and innovate. You'll:
Set meaningful goals and create dynamic, person-centered treatment plans.
Collaborate closely with COTAs and the interdisciplinary team.
Drive results that truly improve your patients' quality of life.
Maintain productivity standards and complete documentation with confidence.
Most of all - you'll help older adults live their best lives.
Qualifications
A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
A valid (or pending, for new grads) OT license in Ohio.
Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a bonus - but if you've got the passion and drive, we'll support you every step of the way.
