This role focuses on delivering specialized care to individuals with speech and language disorders, ensuring that each student receives the guidance and support they need to thrive academically and socially. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language needs. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual goals. Provide direct therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing speech and language skills. Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapeutic outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote integrated care. Involve and educate families in the therapy process to support student development. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Preferably hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly preferred.
