What You'll Be Doing: Provide evaluations and therapy services to students with developmental and physical challenges .

Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.

Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to foster student success.

Utilize creative, hands-on techniques to improve fine motor coordination, handwriting, sensory processing, and functional independence .

Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation per school policies.

What You Need to Qualify: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy .

Active New York OT license .

Experience in a school or pediatric setting (preferred but not required) .

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children .
