Position Details: Location: Near Fullerton, CA, and surrounding areas

Start Date: January

Assignment Period: Full-time for the school year

Caseload: K-12 students, varied needs, candidate's preference

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Preferred: School-based therapy experience

Licensure: Valid California OT license required

Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate students' motor skills, sensory integration, and functional abilities in an educational setting.

Develop and implement customized treatment plans to meet Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure therapy aligns with academic and developmental objectives.

Provide direct and consultative therapy services to enhance students' success in the classroom.

Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with state and school guidelines.

Qualifications: California Occupational Therapy license

Master's in Occupational Therapy or relevant field

School-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse caseloads

Commitment to improving students' learning and development
