In this full-time role, you'll support students with mild to severe disabilities, helping them achieve critical communication and developmental goals. Partner with experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and educators in a collaborative environment dedicated to fostering student success. Key Responsibilities: Deliver therapy services to students under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy goals.
Track and document student progress with accuracy and detail.
Collaborate with school staff and families to provide a consistent and supportive learning environment.
Prepare therapy materials and activities as needed for effective sessions.
Qualifications: Active SLPA license in California or eligibility to obtain one.
Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
Experience with students with mild to severe disabilities is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Commitment to fostering a positive impact in the lives of students.
