Schedule: Full-time, onsite
Core Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs
Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's strengths and goals
Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a positive and engaging learning environment
Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate therapeutic techniques into the classroom and home settings
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure each student achieves measurable growth
