This full-time position involves working with a caseload of students in grades pre-kindergarten through second grade at an elementary school setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students. Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address individual student needs, utilizing evidence-based practices. Provide direct therapy services to students, fostering their communication skills in an engaging and supportive manner. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure that each student receives the necessary support and resources. Participate in meetings and workshops to stay updated on best practices and school policies regarding speech and language development. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes, ensuring compliance with educational standards. Qualifications: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with elementary school students preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, families, and staff.
