Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse physical needs. Provide direct therapy to a caseload of up to 42 students, focusing on those who require specialized support. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other health professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to each student's care. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Participate in school events and meetings to advocate for student health and mobility needs. Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in a school setting. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families.
