We are actively seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our dedicated team for the school year. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time opportunities , we have flexible positions available to meet your needs. This role focuses on helping students develop essential life skills through hands-on therapy in a supportive school environment . If you have a passion for making a difference and collaborating with a team of therapists and educators , we'd love to hear from you! Your Responsibilities: Assist the Occupational Therapist (OT) in providing therapy services to students.
Implement treatment plans to support fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills .
Work closely with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy into the classroom setting.
Monitor student progress and document therapy sessions .
Adapt activities to meet individual student needs and promote independence .
What You Need to Apply: Active California COTA license (required).
Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting .
Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
