We are actively seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a school-based setting near Nichols Hills, OK. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population, supporting their physical development and enhancing their overall educational experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and comfortable working in a collaborative educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in implementing individualized physical therapy plans as developed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on improving their motor skills and functional mobility.
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into the educational setting.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting activities as needed to achieve therapeutic goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and student progress reports.
Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Active PTA license in the state of Oklahoma.
Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
