We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team near Odessa, DE. This role involves working with students to enhance their communication skills, supporting their academic and social development in a school-based setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct therapy using effective, evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student success.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting.
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Delaware.
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial but not required.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
