Responsibilities: Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering direct and indirect therapy services to students with various needs

Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to support students' individualized education plans (IEPs)

Document progress and adjust activities to meet students' evolving needs

Promote student independence and participation in the school environment

Qualifications: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California

Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school-based setting

Strong communication and collaboration skills
