We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP CF) to join our K-12 school team. Under the supervision of an experienced SLP, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders while completing your Clinical Fellowship year. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a school setting. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and provide therapy for clients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapy sessions.
Participate in supervision sessions and clinical meetings to review cases and receive feedback.
Stay current with evidence-based practices and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current Clinical Fellow (CF) status or eligibility.
Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or in the process of obtaining.
Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or externship experience in a clinical setting.
Knowledge of IEPs and special education processes.
Experience working with a diverse client population.
