Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide essential services to students. This is an onsite position located one hour south of Richmond, VA. Please note, we are not considering virtual candidates and will be sending a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students with various needs. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' development and progress. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students. Qualifications:
Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
