This position offers a structured schedule and the opportunity to work with a diverse student population across grade levels. Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students Manage a caseload of approximately 80-90 students using a caseload vs. workload model Implement a 3:1 service schedule (three weeks direct services, one week indirect/services/support) Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure student success Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Current Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date) ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY applicants may be considered Experience working with students across multiple grade levels is preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
