Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Pay Structure: Competitive hourly rate with weekly guaranteed pay for both direct and indirect services provided

Key Responsibilities: Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs, set goals, and determine eligibility for services.

Individualized Therapy: Design and implement therapy plans tailored to each student's needs, using evidence-based practices to maximize progress.

IEP Development: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring goals align with academic and social needs.

Progress Tracking: Regularly monitor and document each student's progress, adjust strategies as needed, and communicate updates with families and educators.

Collaborative Support: Work alongside teachers, school psychologists, and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.

Qualifications: Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Certification: ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred

Licensure: Valid Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility for licensure

Experience: School-based experience is preferred but not required; we welcome recent graduates ready to make a difference
