As an OT, you will provide therapy services to students with various developmental, sensory, and motor challenges, helping them gain the skills necessary for success in the classroom and beyond. Position Highlights: Location: Berwyn, IL (and surrounding areas)

Setting: School-based (K-12)

Caseload: Elementary, middle, and high school students

Employment Type: Full-time or part-time, flexible schedule

Start Date: Immediate openings available for the 2024/2025 school year

Key Responsibilities: Assess students to determine their occupational therapy needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' participation in school activities

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student's learning and development

Provide direct therapy services focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive behavior

Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Document services provided and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications: Illinois Occupational Therapy licensure required

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Experience in school-based settings is preferred

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Strong communication and organizational skills
