Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team for a full-time position in Maricopa, AZ. This role will support students district-wide throughout the full school year. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to students, helping them develop the skills they need to succeed academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Assist in providing occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their individualized education programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement therapy strategies in the classroom and at home

Document student progress and report findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist

Adapt and modify environments and tasks to support student success

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal setting for students

Qualifications: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Arizona

Previous experience working with children in a school setting is preferred but not required

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work district-wide and adapt to various school environments
