Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Remote (Alaska License required) Hours: 37.5 - Guaranteed hours with weekly compensation Position Overview: As a Virtual SLP, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders remotely. Your role involves collaborating closely with students, families, and educational teams to deliver personalized therapy plans aligned with individual education plans (IEPs). Responsibilities: Conduct thorough virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
Develop and implement tailored therapy interventions to improve communication skills effectively.
Lead engaging and interactive therapy sessions using advanced virtual platforms.
Collaborate with school personnel and families to foster student progress and developmental goals.
Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions and progress reports to track student outcomes.
Job Description & Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
School year: 2024-2025, potoential for renewal
Previous school experience preferred
ASHA certification is a plus
