This is an excellent opportunity to provide support during a leave of absence, working with students to improve their functional abilities and independence in the school setting. Job Details: Location : Irvine, CA
Assignment Period : November 4th, 2024, to Winter Break
Hours : Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Caseload : K-12 students
Responsibilities: Assist in providing occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT).
Help students develop motor skills, improve coordination, and perform daily school activities more independently.
Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress.
Document and track student progress per school and state standards.
Qualifications: Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Valid COTA license in California.
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
