We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist with a master's degree or higher for a remote role. This position involves providing occupational therapy services to K-12 students in Wisconsin, helping them develop the skills necessary for academic success and daily living. Key Responsibilities: Deliver remote occupational therapy services, including evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring.
Create and implement individualized therapy plans to address each student's unique needs and goals.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapy goals into students' educational and daily routines.
Use teletherapy platforms effectively to conduct therapy sessions and interact with students.
Assess and track students' progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
Maintain detailed and confidential records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes.
Provide guidance to teachers and parents on strategies to support students' functional abilities and participation.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.
Qualifications: Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy (OT).
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin.
At least 2 years of experience providing occupational therapy services in K-12 educational settings is preferred.
Strong understanding of K-12 educational processes and therapy best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
