In this full-time role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and families to help children achieve their goals through innovative therapy interventions and support. If you are committed to improving students' physical, sensory, and motor skills within a school-based setting, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals.

Provide direct and consultative therapy services in group and one-on-one settings.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed.

Requirements: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Active Washington State OT license.

School-based experience preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
