We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a school-based role near Norman, OK. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with students in need of speech and language support, collaborating with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement effective therapy plans. The ideal candidate will be passionate about student development and skilled in providing therapeutic assistance within a school setting. Key Responsibilities: Support Speech-Language Pathologists in providing direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.

Assist in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual student needs, focusing on communication skills development.

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress and integration of therapy goals into the classroom.

Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and student performance.

Adapt and modify therapy activities under the guidance of a licensed SLP to enhance student engagement and success.

Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.

Current SLPA license in the state of Oklahoma.

Experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
