This role emphasizes a commitment to fostering the linguistic and communicative development of students, ensuring that each individual's needs are met effectively throughout the school year. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with K-12 students preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and treatment methodologies. Location: Noblesville, IN Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders. Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create tailored education plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and progress reports. Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for students' needs. Develop resources and strategies to support students in the classroom.
