A Brief OverviewProvides a continuum of Audiology services that include the prevention, identification, diagnosis, consultation and treatment of patients with hearing or communication impairments. May participate in the implementation of the infant hearing screening and assessment program at UHCMC, program development, student preceptorship and other advanced Audiologists duties.What You Will DoPatient evaluation, interpretation of findings, and management (55%).Patient treatment (25%).Documentation (5%).Equipment use and maintenance (5%).Advanced Audiologist duties (10%).Additional ResponsibilitiesPerforms other duties as assigned.Complies with all policies and standards.For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation.Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
