Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.

Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.

Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals.

Location:

Renton, WA

Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose students' speech and language disorders.

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).

Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention.

Collaborate with teachers and support staff to facilitate students' communication goals.

Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
