Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address students' speech and language needs
Implement therapy sessions and monitor student progress
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students' overall development
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP discussions
