Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current Texas state SLP licensure

Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)

Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings

Knowledge of early childhood development and elementary education

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech and language support

Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services as outlined in IEPs

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed

Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
